• The notices of these terms are made by Belvedere Books, Inc. Srl (from now on referred to as "Belvedere"). Belvedere is a company registered in Rome/Italy under Italian law.

Copyright

• This site, or any part of this site is protected by copyright and all analogous rights. It is published by Belvedere and may not be reproduced (duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose) other than viewing on a single CPU, and/or printing a single hard copy, for private or internal business use only. It is not to be otherwise reproduced, transmitted or made available on a network without the prior written permission of Belvedere. All other rights are reserved.

• This site is created and controlled by Belvedere in Rome, Italy. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time.

Order validity (contract)

• Any online order through the Belvedere e-bookstore has to be confirmed via e-mail by Belvedere, as no contract shall otherwise exist. Belvedere is entitled to exclude items from any contract in case of non-availability of goods (sold out or out of print items), obvious errors or inaccuracies in your order.

Minimum order requirements

• The minimum shipping and handling costs are of (EURO 10,00 for Italy only – Euro 14.00 for EC Europe – Euro 18,00 for outside EC countries – Euro 22.00 for overseas) for regular shipment by surface mail. For shipment by air mail the minimum shipping and handling costs are of (Euro 22.00 for EC Europe – Euro 28,00 for outside EC countries – Euro 38.00 for overseas).

Property

• Ordered books remain the property of Belvedere until the full payment of the invoice.

Return policy

• Returns or exchanges of goods cannot be accepted because of their copyright protected image, trend, and information character. In case any damage occurs to the goods during the shipment process you shall notify Belvedere immediately upon receiving the delivery and return the damaged goods by registered mail or recorded delivery. Belvedere shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, Belvedere's only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you.

Shipping and handling conditions

• Belvedere shall be responsible for a perfect handling and an efficient direct mailing service, based upon your request. Belvedere shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address you provide with your order data. You shall be responsible for providing the possibility for the carrier to deliver the goods to a correct address. All delivery times quoted on this site are estimates based on product availability, normal processing, and regular shipping procedures. Belvedere may have to deliver items of an order separately but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery only. All products purchased from Belvedere are made pursuant to a shipment contract passing the risk of loss and title to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• The prices, terms and conditions mentioned on this website are for shopping at www.belvedere-books.com on a direct mailing base. All prices indicated on this site are in EURO. Prices are especially published for transactions through our e-bookstore and not identical or obligatory for commercial, trade or fair sales. Shopping at Belvedere's e-bookstore will guarantee special conditions which will be offered to professional end users and amateurs only, not to trade clients or any other commercial sales operations (see the Trade section on this website).
  The Belvedere e-bookstore not only offers special prices for sales to the end user but also special offers (packages, sets or other reductions or advantages) which are only available through our e-bookstore, but not for trade clients or commercial sales operations.

Availability of titles

• The current availability of a title is indicated on its respective site, and we do our best to keep this site updated. Anyway sometimes a stock may dissipate quickly. Therefore availability information may be subject to change without prior notice. In case a specific title is no longer available even if otherwise indicated on this website, you shall be notified by Belvedere and your order may be proceeded without the missing title.

Privacy policy

• Belvedere is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of the personal information which you pass on to us. We use the information collected to provide services and to ensure that your order is processed smoothly. Your data is stored in a database for your convenience, so that with your client code you can avoid providing the same information again each time you shop at our e-bookstore. We do not use your data for other purposes than those explicitly commanded by you (processing of orders and mailing of newsletters). We also do not handle any of your data to third parties unless these are involved to fulfil your order or requests. We want you to feel and to be secure when shopping at our e-bookstore. The data we store about you does not contain payment-related data (bank or credit card details). The same applies to shipment information (international courier code). In order to avoid missunderstandings we require that you read and agree to this privacy policy in order to process any orders.
